Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cut the onions into cubes. Cut the garlic into slices and the mint into thin strips. Clean the artichoke hearts, remove the leaves and hair and cut the bottoms into strips. Sauté immediately in nut oil and after 5 min add onions and garlic. Sauté for another 5 min. In the meantime make the pasta. Deglaze the sauce with wine and reduce. Add the whipped cream and cook. Finally, swirl in the mint. Pour the artichoke hearts herb sauce over the pasta form, sprinkle the flowers on top.

Tips: Process the artichoke hearts on the spot, otherwise they will turn black.
