Cut the pumpkin flesh, washed peach and apricot halves into small cubes, mix well with the juice of one lemon and the preserving sugar in a saucepan.

Let everything bubble up, make at high temperature stirring continuously for 5 min.

Immediately fill into clean jars and seal.
