Instructions:

For the tomato salad, chop the herbs and halve the amount. For the garlic bread, chop or press the garlic very finely. Mix with about 2 teaspoons of olive oil, salt and add half of the herbs.

Spread it on the bread slices and put them in the oven at 200 °C for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into wedges. Chop the shallot.

Mix the tomatoes and shallots with the other half of the herbs. Salt, pepper and dress with vinegar and oil.

The refreshing tomato salad and the warm garlic bread with it are a perfect light dinner!
