Instructions:

1 pinch of dried lavender (to taste).

1. rinse the mushrooms, if necessary, after they have cooled down, or just grate them. Trim the ends. Cut the flesh into thin strips. Heat the oil in the Kelomat (*) and fry the meat heartily. Add the mushrooms and the quinoa, pour in the tomato juice and stir in the lavender. Close the lid according to the instructions. Turn on the fast setting (Ii) and heat the saucepan until a ring appears. Turn down the heat and cook the quinoa pot at low temperature with the fast setting (2 rings visible) for 5 min.

Remove the saucepan from the stove and steam, shake briefly and open. Stir in the whipped cream and arrange the stew in a baking dish.

Quinoa is a grain that contains a lot of minerals, vitamins and egg white and cooks quickly. You can get it at health food stores, natural food stores or third world stores.

Have fun testing it (and if you really use lavender, report back how it does).
