Instructions:

For the tomato and cheese pizza, prepare a yeast dough from flour, yeast, sugar, water, salt and olive oil. Cover and let it rest in a warm place for 50 minutes.

For the topping, mix the strained tomatoes with the oregano. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalks, then cut them into slices. Crumble the shepherd’s cheese.

Roll out the yeast dough and place it on a baking tray. Heat the oven to 230 °C. Spread the strained tomato with basil on the rolled out pizza dough.

Spread the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with feta cheese crumbs. Finally, spread the grated Emmental on top and bake the pizza in the oven for about 20 minutes.

The cheese should be well melted and golden. Serve the pizza hot.
