Instructions:

For the toast, put flour in the bowl of the food processor, crumble yeast over it. Add sugar and salt and pour the lukewarm water over it and knead everything with the dough hook into a smooth dough.

Form into a ball and let rise, covered, in a warm place for about 45 minutes. The volume should have doubled. Knead the dough vigorously again.

Then place in a loaf pan and let rise again, covered, for 1 hour. Bake the bread in the oven at 200 °C for 40 – 50 minutes. It is ready when it sounds hollow when tapped.

Remove the baked bread from the pan and let it cool. Cut into 1 cm wide slices and toast.
