Germ in water melt and knead with honey, flour, salt, butter flakes and water to a soft smooth dough. After resting the dough for 20 minutes and briefly kneading it again, place it in a well-greased loaf pan and let it rise for 15 to 20 minutes. The baking time is 50 minutes. The first 20 minutes are baked at 200 °C, then the temperature is reduced to 180 °C and the bread is baked for 30 minutes. Cool the finished bread in the baking pan for about half an hour and then place it on a broiler.
