For the Tiramisu dumplings, beat egg whites until stiff, add about a tablespoon of sugar and beat until firm.

Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until foamy.

Now mix in the mascarpone, mascarino and vanilla sugar and fold in the snow.

In a soup plate, flavor the cold coffee with coffee liqueur and cinnamon.

Briefly soak the biscuits in the coffee and line the bottom of the baking dish with them, cover with cream and top again with soaked biscuits.

Repeat until all is used up, finishing with a layer of cream.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
