Instructions:

Bring water and butter(1) to the boil, add flour and stir the dough on the fire until it separates from the Reindl.

Now you put it into a Weitling (big round Weitling), let it cool down and mix it bit by bit with yolks, egg and cooked, strained potatoes and salt. From the dough you put short pieces into hot fat(2) through the Spritzkrapfenform and bake them brown in it and drain them on filter paper.

Thronfolgerinnenkartoffeln are suitable mainly as a supplement to game, roast beef with sauces and the like.
