Instructions:

Breakfast toast

Spread white bread with butter, cover with egg slices. Put spring onion cut into small pieces on top and on top cut mushrooms. Finish with half tomato cherries, top with Camembert slices. Bake quickly in the oven at about 180 degrees.

Mini Pizza

Cut slices of white bread diagonally to make it a little bigger, spread with butter, cover with salami. Add cubes of peeled tomatoes, zucchini and peppers, onion rings, pitted black olives, mushroom slices and sprinkle with oregano and grated butter cheese.

Bake at about 180 °C for about 5 minutes.

Small evening snack

Toast bread, spread with butter, cover with tomato slices. Place steamed slices of pancetta and rings or cubes of red onion on top. Cover with slices of blue cheese and bake at 180 degrees for about 4-5 minutes. Finally, add pepper from the mill.

Garnish all snacks with cress.
