The delicious lasagna is prepared in several steps:

For the meat sauce, finely dice the onion and fry it in oil. Cut the soup vegetables into equal pieces, add to the onion and fry everything well. Then add the minced meat and fry until it is no longer pink. Then add the bacon cubes, the dried tomatoes and the drained corn and fry everything briefly.

Stir in 1 – 2 tablespoons of paradeisermark and then deglaze the meat with the red wine. Once the alcohol has evaporated, add the peeled tomatoes. Salt the mixture (sparingly because of the bacon), pepper, season with a little garlic and chili and add 1 tablespoon sugar to the sauce.

Now let the sauce simmer for about 10 – 15 minutes. When the sauce has finished cooking, slice the zucchino, add it to the sauce and add fresh herbs (in this case rosemary and basil).

In the meantime, prepare the béchamel sauce: Sweat the flour in the melted butter and then pour in the milk and water, stirring. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (possibly also garlic) and cook for at least 5 minutes.

Finally, stir chopped parsley or chives into the béchamel sauce.

Grease a mold with a little oil and line it with pasta sheets, pour the meat sauce on top and then pour the béchamel sauce on top of the meat sauce.
