Instructions:

Sift flour onto a work surface and make a well in the center. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, margarine, egg, salt and lemon juice and quickly work all ingredients into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface to a thickness of 2 – 3 mm and cut out flowery cookies in three different sizes (2 / 2.5 / 3 cm). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 5 minutes until light. For the filling, melt chocolate in a bain-marie, fill into a stanitzel (form a stanitzel out of baking paper and cut off the tip) and assemble three different cookies each with chocolate so that small terraces are formed.
