For the vanilla foam:





Instructions:

Mix the cornstarch with flour and about 100 ml of water and stir with a whisk until the dough is nice and homogeneous. Season with a pinch of salt. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Now pull the grapes through the dough, put them into the hot oil and fry them all around until golden brown. (If the batter becomes too thick due to standing for a short time, thin it with a little water). Lift out grapes and drain on paper towels.

For the vanilla custard, bring the milk and sugar to a boil. Mix vanilla pudding powder with a little cold water, stir into the hot milk and use it to slightly thicken the milk. Froth up with a hand blender. Serve the vanilla foam together with the grapes and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
