Try this delicious cake recipe:

Ingredients for a form of 22 to 24 centimeters in diameter.

1. quickly knead the ingredients for the dough and leave to cool for at least half an hour.

2. peel the apples, cut them into quarters, remove the core, turn them in the juice of one lemon to the other side so that the pieces stay light.

3. soak the raisins in the Calvados.

4. put the butter in a closed baking dish on the stove top. Add the sugar. Only when it has turned light brown, put the apple pieces in close together, round side down. Gently sauté in the caramel for a few minutes. 5.

Roll out the dough to a half centimeter thickness and spread it as a lid over the apples in the pan, tucking it in at the edge. Prick the surface a few times with a fork. 7.
