For the tarte flambée with chard, first wash the chard, drain well and cut into strips. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little olive oil until translucent.

Sauté the chard stalks and the finely chopped bell bell pepper. Add the chard leaves and sauté again. Cut the bacon into small cubes.

Place the tarte flambée dough on a baking tray and spread with cream. Spread the chard mixture on top. Sprinkle the bacon cubes on top. Sprinkle with olives and halved cocktail tomatoes.

Bake according to instructions.
