A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

In a large frying pan, sauté the diced onion in butter. Add the mushrooms and sauté briefly until soft, season with salt and season with pepper. Dust with flour, add the cold milk, stir until smooth and simmer on low heat for three minutes. Season to taste with the spices and add the sour cream or crème fraiche.

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente, transfer to a sieve and briefly pour over the hot water. Pour into a warmed bowl and bring to the table with the mushroom sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
