Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cook the pasta in salted water, dice the onion. Roast pine nuts in hot oil, remove.

Sauté the onions in the same oil until soft. Add whipped cream, milk, half of the Gorgonzola and wine. Bring to a boil while stirring with the sauce binder, season with salt, season with pepper. Sprinkle parsley, sauce over pasta form. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese evenly over the dish with the pine nuts.
