For the tagliatelle in garlic sauce with chard, wash the chard and cut into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic and spring onions.

Cook the tagliatelle in lightly salted boiling water until al dente. Drain the water and set the tagliatelle aside.

Meanwhile, heat the walnut oil in a non-stick frying pan. Sauté the spring onions and garlic for 1 minute.

Add the chard and sauté until soft, about 3-5 minutes. Add a dash of white wine or some soup to taste.

Add the tagliatelle to the chard and mix everything well in the pan. Season the tagliatelle in garlic sauce with chard salt and pepper and sprinkle with some grated cheese if desired.
