Cut meat into 2 cm cubes, quarter or roughly dice onions. Heat lard in Kelomat, sauté onions and meat on 2 or automatic heat 7 to 9 until light brown, extinguish with hot beef broth, add paprika. Pull sauerkraut apart with 2 forks, put on meat.

Cut peeled apple into quarters, remove seeds and place on top of sauerkraut. Add the caraway seeds.

Bring the Kelomat to the highest pressure setting and cook for 15 min on 1 or possibly automatic cooking setting 4 to 5. Depressurize the cooking pot and open it.

Season the Szeged goulash well. For refinement mix in sour cream, do not make more. Without the Kelomat, cook for 40 to 45 minutes.

Serve with potato dumplings or mashed potatoes and a leaf salad.
