Instructions:

First cut the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Wash the lemon, squeeze it and grate the peel.

Stir the curd cheese with the yogurt until smooth. Mix in vanilla pulp, lemon zest and juice, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

Pour the finished cream into prepared glasses and refine with fruit as desired.
