Instructions:

Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Strawberries rinse, dry, pluck the green and cut into small pieces.

Prepare pasta al dente, drain in cold water.

Whip cream, coarsely chop nuts and pistachios.

Fry strawberries in a coated frying pan with a little butter, add pasta and cook briefly.

Fold in whipped cream, add cinnamon sugar and mix well.

Serve:

Arrange strawberries with creamy cinnamon cream on plate center, sprinkle chopped pistachios on top, garnish with lemon balm leaf.

Tip: You can refine the dish with green peppercorns and strips of mint leaves.
