Instructions:

For the sweet pumpkin corn, peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

Boil covered with lightly salted water until soft (about 20 minutes).

Puree with a blender and add the corn.

Stir in the flour, this is best done with a whisk so it doesn’t clump.

Bring to a boil and season the sweet pumpkin corn with sugar.
