For the sweet potato chips, cut the sweet potato into thin wavy slices in a food processor, line a baking tray with baking paper, place the sweet potato slices on top, brush with oil and sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake in the oven at 175 °C for approx. 15 – 20 minutes until crispy.
