For the sweet Zwetschkenkapperl roll out the puff pastry. Wash the plums, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Spread evenly on the pastry with the skin side up.

Sprinkle the uncovered parts of the dough with cinnamon sugar, then cut into pieces – 1 plum per piece. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.

Serve while still lukewarm, e.g. with vanilla ice cream! But they also taste great on their own!
