For the millet casserole, wash the millet and boil in water for 20 minutes. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes, drain remaining water.

Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites to snow. Beat the yolks with the agave syrup and the low-fat yogurt until creamy.

Mix with the millet, fold in the raisins and the beaten egg whites. Pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

Serve the sweet millet casserole warm or cold.
