Instructions:

According to package instructions, make a pudding from pudding powder, milk and sugar. Pour into a suitable bowl to cool. Stir while doing so to prevent a skin from forming.

Drain the peaches, set aside half of each unit, chop the rest into small cubes.

Mix curd and vanilla until smooth, gradually add to pudding bowl form. Stir until smooth cream. Fold in the diced peaches.

Pour the mixture into shallow dessert bowls. Place a peach half in the center of each like an egg yolk.

Chill.
