Calories per serving: 37 Dry the meat and cut into slices. Clean and rinse the peppers and cut them into pieces. Cook long grain rice in boiling salted water for about 18 minutes. In the meantime, clean, rinse and chop the spring onions. Drain mandarin wedges, reserving fruit juice. Heat oil in a frying pan, brown meat heartily. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika. Sauté peppers and spring onions briefly. Add soy sauce and tomato ketchup. Deglaze with clear soup and 4 tbsp. fruit juice. Let peas bubble up in it. Stir cornstarch in 4 tbsp water until smooth and thicken sauce slightly. Let it boil up again and season with salt and pepper. Fold in tangerines. Serve with drained long grain rice.
