Try this delicious pasta dish:

Prepare a pasta dough from the ingredients listed and let it rest for about 60 min.

For the filling, boil the milk and soak the bread in it.

Dice onion and prepare meat dough with defrosted minced meat, bread, spinach and the remaining ingredients.

Roll out pasta dough thinly into two on the spot large plates. Place evenly spaced heaps of the meat and spinach filling on one plate. Brush edges and spaces all around with egg white.

Place the second pasta plate on top, press smooth and roll out with the pastry wheel so that the filling is in the middle of the Maultasche.
