For the cream of pumpkin soup, dice the onions and sauté, garlic and diced pumpkin briefly. Add organic vegetable soup or organic soup cube dissolved in water. Season with salt. Cook for about 8 minutes. (Do not boil too long, so that the pumpkin is not overcooked).

Using a blender, finely whip the soup. Season with pepper and salt again if necessary. Arrange the soup in a soup bowl and drizzle with pumpkin seed oil. Round off the pumpkin cream soup with chives and whipped cream. Enjoy your meal!
