Instructions:

First, peel onion and garlic, chop finely. Dice bell bell pepper, remove seeds from pumpkin (peel as needed) and dice as well.

Heat oil in a wide pot, fry onion and garlic until light brown.

Add minced meat, also brown, then add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, the beetle beans and the corn with the canned liquid, diced peppers and the pumpkin.

Season well with chili, salt, pepper and soup seasoning.

Simmer the chili for another 20 minutes at low temperature.
