Instructions:

Wash and dry the zucchini, cut off the stalk and halve the zucchini lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds. Peel and squeeze or finely chop the garlic. Wash and finely chop the herbs.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper or grease a baking dish.

For the filling, crush the feta and mix with garlic, flour, egg, herbs, salt and pepper. Stuff into the zucchini.

Layer the zucchini halves on the baking sheet or in the baking dish. Place in the oven for about 40-45 minutes. If the cheese darkens too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.
