Instructions:

For the filling, place the long-grain rice with water and salt in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and heat at 600 watts for 5 minutes. Now swell at 180 watts for 20 min. Peel onions and garlic cloves, chop finely. Clean and rinse peppers, finely dice. Cut ham into cubes as well. Place long-grain rice in a large enough bowl. Mix onions and garlic with oil in microwave-safe dish. Cover and steam at 600 watts for 4 min until soft. Mix with remaining ingredients for filling, season to taste. Rinse the tomatoes, dry with kitchen paper. Cut the top or possibly the bottom of the tomatoes into small pieces. Carefully hollow out the tomatoes with a teaspoon, then season lightly with pepper from the inside and season with salt. Roughly chop the inside of the tomatoes with a large knife. Mix the inside of the tomatoes with the remaining ingredients in a microwavable dish (20 x 30 cm), season. Fill the tomatoes.

Place tomatoes on top of sauce.

Cover and cook at 600 watts for 7 minutes. Put tomato lid on, cover and cook 1 to 1 1/2 min. more.
