Stuffed Toast with Leftover Roast Meat

For the toast with leftovers, cut the leftovers into small pieces, mix the curd cheese with pepper, salt and herbs, if you like you can add garlic.

Mix the filling with the leftovers and spread it on 2 slices of toast, leaving a 1 cm border. Put the slices together and place the toasts in the hot sandwich maker.

This will create two triangles each, well sealed, you can cut them apart or leave them whole. Serve the toast with leftover roast with a little butter.
