For stuffed potatoes, first cut a slit from the half-cooked potatoes and remove the inside with the help of a teaspoon or scoop out the potato.

Grate hard cheese and “stuff” the potatoes with it. First, cut the selchwürstel (or bacon) into small cubes and put them in as well.

Now sprinkle everything with a little salt and pepper and then beat the raw egg and put it back into the potatoes. Dice the paprika and sprinkle it over the dish.

If you like it spicier, you can add salt, pepper and herbs. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat) until the egg white turns white.

To round off the taste, add a small piece of butter or a little cheese, which can be melted on the potato while it is still warm.

Sprinkle the potatoes with chives and serve.
