Instructions:

Cut cheese and lettuce into strips, finely dice tomatoes, cut onions into rings. Finely chop the garlic and add to the sour whipped cream form (press) and season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper. Toast the pita bread and score it with a sharp kitchen knife and open it into a pocket and fill the pocket alternately with the ingredients.

You could also add a few strips of cooked turkey meat.
