Instructions:

For the filling, chop all ingredients up to and including basil. Add breadcrumbs, cheese, juice of one lemon and cream, season with salt, pepper and coriander.

Cut off the tops of the patissons, hollow them out a little and fill them. Put them on a baking tray.

Bake in the oven heated to 200 °C for 20 minutes. Arrange on a platter and serve on the spot.

Tip: Coriander is very flavorful – if you don’t like it, just leave it out.
