For stuffed herb mushrooms, clean the mushrooms. Turn the stems out of the mushrooms and chop them very finely.

Mix curd cheese with herbs, chopped stems, cream cheese and flaxseed, season with salt and pepper and stuff into mushroom caps. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake stuffed herb mushrooms in oven at 220 °C (gas mark 4) for 15 min.
