Rinse meat, rub dry and pound flatter if necessary.

Rinse basil, pluck off leaves. Shave off shavings of Parmesan. Cutlets and basil, Parmesan ham and top. Roll up tightly and cut into slices about 2 cm thick. Place about 3 slices diagonally on a skewer. Grill on hot grill for 8 to 10 minutes. Season.

Tip: Use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
