For the strawberry yogurt cupcakes with cream cheese topping, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl. In a second bowl mix butter, yogurt and the eggs, mix with the contents of the first bowl, finally add a dash of milk.

Pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 20-25 minutes. The time varies depending on the oven. The quantity makes about 17 cupcakes.

For the topping, cream butter with mixer on medium speed until soft. Then add the cream cheese and blend both until homogeneous. Finally, add the sifted powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

Mix to a nice creamy consistency and store in the fridge until the cupcakes have cooled. Spread the topping on the cupcakes with a piping bag and decorate the strawberry yogurt cupcakes with cream cheese topping with sprinkles or similar.
