Instructions:

For the strawberry and curd slice, make an upside-down spelt sponge cake from the dough ingredients and bake in the oven at 180 degrees hot air for about 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the cream.

To do this, whip the whipped cream until half stiff. Now mix the Qimiq and curd with the remaining ingredients and carefully fold in the cream.

For the topping, wash the strawberries, remove the stems and puree them in a saucepan with the lemon juice. Thicken with the cake jelly.

Spread the curd cream on the overcooled sponge cake and pour the slightly overcooled strawberries over it as well.

Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.
