Strawberry Amaretto Jam

For the strawberry amaretto jam, wash, clean and chop strawberries. Mix with jelling sugar, cover and let marinate for 3-4 hours, then puree with a hand blender.

Bring fruit mixture to a boil, add lemon juice and boil for 5 minutes until bubbly. Add amaretto, stir.

Pour the strawberry amaretto jam into sterile jars with screw cap and seal tightly immediately.
