Strawberries Romanoff

This dessert is dedicated to the Romanoffs a Russian noble family, descended from the last Russian Tsar’s house. Rinse, hull and drain strawberries. Take off about 200 g. Remove fruit. Mash with a fork. Mix in curacao, port, orange juice and powdered sugar. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the crushed strawberries. Divide the strawberries evenly into four glasses. Pour the strawberry cream mixture on top. Place a wafer roll on the rim of each glass.
