Cut strawberries into quarters, marinate with sugar and amaretto, crush half of the mixture with a blender. Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry puree.
Fill the strawberry quarters into glasses, mold the strawberry cream over them, distribute the peppercorns evenly and, if desired, garnish with whipped cream and mint.
Instead of Amaretto, Grand Vodka or possibly Marnier can also be used.
Tip: Strawberries taste best when they are in season! If possible, buy local products!
