Try this delicious pasta dish:

Make a dough of 500 g flour, 40 g yeast, 250 ml warm milk for 10 minutes, then stir with 4 tablespoons butter, 4 eggs and a little salt. In the watered Roman pot add 125 ml of milk, 5 tablespoons of butter flakes, 1 packet of vanilla sugar form. Form the dumplings, place them in the pot, cover tightly and cook in the oven at 250 °C for three quarters of an hour.
Makes about 13 noodles (normal size Roman pot).
Hot steamed noodles can be served with cinnamon and sugar, baked fruit or cold vanilla sauce.
