Instructions:

Season the meat. Chop kitchen herbs. Heat lard. Fry steaks in it, remove. Add paradeis pulp to the fat, dust with flour and sweat. Extinguish with clear soup and wine, bring to boil, season. Green pepper, kitchen herbs and meat in the sauce form, stew 10 min. Cut onion and vegetables into strips. Cook the vegetables in salted water for 2 minutes. Take them out and put them into the sauce. Add sour cream or crème fraiche. Stir in salt, eggs, flour, oil and water. Add kitchen herbs. Press spaetzle dough through a press into boiling salted water. Let stand for 2 minutes.
