Instructions:

Divide the dough into 18 x 18 cm pieces. Lay down with the tip facing the front. Spread the ham cream lengthwise on the front third and roll up once. Fold in the sides and finish rolling. Brush with water and glue shut. Fry in hot fat at approx. 190 °C. Drizzle with soy sauce and serve.For the filling:Cut ham, mango and pineapple into cubes and place in a bowl. Add the curd and puree finely with a hand blender. Season with curry powder and pepper.
