Instructions:

For the sponge cake roulade, beat the sugar and eggs until fluffy. Then fold in the flour with the baking powder.

Empty the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for approx. 12 minutes. Then turn out and remove the baking paper.

While still warm, spread with apricot jam and roll up. Let the sponge roll cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
