Instructions:

Simmer the bones for ten minutes, drain and rinse when cooled. Boil again with 1 1/2 l of water, skim, make 60 min and strain.

Finely chop the spinach and add to the clear soup with the parsley, onions, long grain rice, salt, peas and turmeric and cook for 20 minutes with the lid on.

Mix the minced meat with the long grain rice, the shallot, the egg, the cinnamon and the salt, form balls, add them to the soup, cook for 15 min.

Remove the peel from the onion, cut it into rings and brown them in oil. Cut the butter into pieces, mix with the mint and turmeric and add to the soup. Form the yogurt into a soup bowl, pour the soup over it and sprinkle with the onion rings.
