Instructions:

For the dough, mix the curd, oil, salt, milk, sugar and egg. Mix flour and baking powder, stir half of it into the curd mixture, knead in the rest of the flour. Chill the dough for 1 hour.

For the topping, stir paradeis pulp with marjoram, yeast seasoning, pepper, thyme and basil.

Select spinach, rinse thoroughly, drain well, remove the large stems and boil in salted water. Make 1-2 min, transfer to a colander, pour cold water and drain well. Season with salt and nutmeg.

Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray, spread with the paradeis pulp, evenly distribute the finely chopped garlic cloves on top and add the spinach. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into slices, spread them on the spinach and sprinkle them repeatedly with the spices and garlic powder. Sprinkle gouda on top.

Put the tray in the oven heated to 200-225 degrees and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
