Instructions:

Wash spinach and put in a pot of boiling salted water, let it collapse and strain.

Beat eggs with salt, milk, spice mixture and cheese. Preheat oven to 180 °C.

In an ovenproof pan, melt the butter.

Mix drained spinach to eggs and pour everything into hot pan, put pan into oven and finish baking for about 12 – 15 minutes.
